1) Online with Credit Card or eCheck - You must first create an online account by clicking on the Homeowner Login' button at the top right of this webpage.
**Credit card payments have a 3.25% bank service fee**
**CINC web (where you pay your dues online) has implemented a $1.99 processing fee for all eCheck payments and please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to process**
2) ACH Draft - Please click the link below to fill out the form and return it to us at [email protected]
3) Mail check or money order to:
